Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange roll bottoms in a 9x13-inch baking pan.
For FILLING, mix coarsely crushed graham crackers and chocolate chunks together in a bowl. Top roll bottoms with FILLING and marshmallow halves.
Bake for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and add roll tops. Brush with 2 tablespoons melted butter.
For TOPPER, stir finely crushed graham crackers, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1 tablespoon butter together in a bowl. Sprinkle rolls with TOPPER.
Bake until heated through, about 5 minutes more. Serve immediately.
