Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried basil
3 cups rotini pasta
1 (28 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (14 oz) can chicken broth
0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Directions

1

In a 12-inch skillet with a lid over medium heat, cook the ground turkey, onion, and garlic until the turkey is browned (about 8 minutes), stirring and mixing in the oregano, garlic powder, and basil as you go. Then add the rotini, ensuring it's well combined.

2

Now pour in the spaghetti sauce and broth to cover the rotini completely. Bring to a boil before reducing heat, covering, and cooking until the rotini reaches tender yet firm bites (7 to 10 minutes).

3

Top with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for serving.
