Preheat the air fryer to 325°F (165°C) according to manufacturer's instructions.
In a small bowl, mix hot water and pink salt until mostly dissolved.
Place almonds in a medium bowl; stir in the salted water until well-coated. Transfer the coated almonds to the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 12-13 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from the air fryer and return almonds to the bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over the almonds and season with salt to taste. Allow to cool before serving.
