Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove the greenery from the cauliflower. Gently pull the cauliflower apart into small clusters, resembling steaks.
Place the cauliflower steaks on the prepared pan. Drizzle harissa paste over them and toss well. Add a pinch of salt and mix again.
Roast in the preheated oven until tender, about 30-40 minutes.
