Ingredients

12 eggs
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 pinch celery salt
1 tbsp yellow mustard
2 drops green food coloring
1 (6 oz) can sliced black olives, drained

Directions

1

Place all ingredients except the olives in a bowl and mix well.

2

Put the eggs in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let stand for about 15 minutes before rinsing under cold water or adding ice to cool completely.

3

Peel and slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in the bowl with the mixed ingredients.

4

Spoon the filling into the egg whites, shaping each one with a spoon's back to form a rounded top. Place them on a serving tray.

5

Top each filled egg white with an olive slice for the eye center. Dab a little mayonnaise on the olives for a realistic finish.

6

Optionally, garnish with additional sliced olives or spider webs made from black licorice.
