In a large soup pot, combine turkey drumsticks and water. Bring to a boil before adding onions, carrots, celery, garlic, salt, black pepper, sage, thyme, rosemary, and celery salt. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for about 2 hours until the turkey meat is tender.
Remove drumsticks, let them cool slightly, then shred the meat and return it to the soup.
Cook noodles in a pot of lightly salted boiling water for 5 minutes or until al dente. Drain the noodles.
Ladle the noodles into soup bowls followed by the turkey soup.
