1 (9-inch) unbaked deep-dish pie crust
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2 large eggs
1 (15 oz) can LIBBY'S 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 (12 fl oz) can NESTLE CARNATION Evaporated Milk

In a small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger, and cloves.

In a large bowl, lightly beat the eggs.

Stir in pumpkin and the sugar-spice mixture. Gradually blend in evaporated milk. Pour this into the pie shell.

Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F (220°C), then lower the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean, about 40-50 minutes more. Let it cool on a wire rack to room temperature.
