Fill a saucepan with water and insert a steamer, then bring the water to a boil. Add the frozen peas and steam until tender, around 15 minutes.
In a blender or food processor, mix the steamed peas and breast milk together. Blend until creamy and strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any lumps.
Spread the pea mixture into an ice cube tray, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for 2 to 3 hours. Once frozen, transfer cubes to a resealable plastic bag and store in the freezer.
To serve, heat each cube in the microwave for about 30 seconds until warm but not hot. Stir well before feeding.
