Ingredients

8 slices bacon, coarsely chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz) can B&M® Original Baked Beans
1 (15.5 oz) can Joan of Arc® Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 (15 oz) can Joan of Arc® Spicy Chili Beans
0.5 cup BBQ sauce
0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 green onions, chopped

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crisp. Remove it onto paper towels and discard excess fat except for 3 tablespoons.

Add onion and bell pepper to the skillet; cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Then mix in beans, barbecue sauce, and half of the cooked bacon. Bring to a boil.

Transfer the bean mixture to a 1.5-quart baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake until bubbling, roughly 20 minutes.

Remove the foil cover; top beans with Cheddar cheese and remaining bacon. Return to the oven until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes.

Sprinkle chopped green onions before serving.
