In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon, ground beef, and onion until the bacon and ground beef are browned, for about 10 minutes. Drain any excess fat; transfer to a casserole dish.
In a bowl, combine white sugar, brown sugar, ketchup, barbecue sauce, mustard, molasses, chili powder, and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the bacon mixture. Add pork and beans, kidney beans, and butter beans; mix well.
Bake in the preheated oven until the liquid thickens, approximately 60 minutes.
