This family-friendly stromboli recipe combines cooked ham, pepperoni sausage, and classic pizza ingredients for a delicious warm sandwich. The perfect meal for both kids and adults to enjoy!
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 10x15x1-inch baking pan and set it aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain off the grease.
Add the bell pepper and onion to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender (about 5 minutes); then remove from heat.
Combine the ham, mushrooms, and pizza sauce in a bowl. Set aside.
Unroll the pizza crust onto the prepared baking pan.
Reshape the dough into a 9x13-inch rectangle.
Place half of the pepperoni slices lengthwise on top of half of the crust, keeping them 0.5-inch away from the edges.
Spoon the meat mixture over the pepperoni, followed by the cheese and remaining pepperoni.
Fold the dough over the filling to seal it in, pinching the ends and sides together with your fingers.
Use a sharp knife to poke holes in the top of the stromboli.
Brush the melted butter onto the surface.
Bake the stromboli for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving, cutting into four portions.
