Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
8 oz uncooked egg noodles
20 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
16 oz jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz package sliced pepperoni, roughly chopped
2.25 oz can sliced black olives, drained
2.5 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink, breaking it apart into crumbles as it cooks. About 10 minutes.

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles until tender but still firm, about 5 minutes; drain.

Combine the cooked beef, egg noodles, half of the mozzarella cheese, spaghetti sauce, pepperoni, black olives, and mushrooms in a large bowl. Transfer this to a 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella.
