Ingredients

2 cups broccoli
2 cups cauliflower
2 eggs
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
0.5 cup mayonnaise
0.5 cup chopped onion
0.5 cup butter, melted
1 (15 oz) package seasoned croutons, crushed

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In separate saucepans, bring water to a boil. Add broccoli and cauliflower, cooking until tender (about 3-4 minutes); drain and arrange in a 22x13 cm baking dish.
