Tasty mini meatball sliders featuring ground beef, buttery cracker crumbs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, marinara sauce, Parmesan, and mozzarella are perfect for gatherings.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, green pepper, cracker crumbs, and egg. Season with Worcestershire sauce, garlic, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Shape into 8 meatballs.
Place the meatballs in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
In a large saucepan over low heat, warm the spaghetti sauce. Bring to a simmer and add the meatballs. Continue simmering until the meatballs are fully cooked, around 20 minutes.
Assemble the sliders: in each roll, place 1 meatball, a sprinkle of mozzarella, a sprinkle of Parmesan, and a dollop of sauce. Arrange the sliders on a baking sheet.
Bake until the cheeses melt, about 7 minutes.
