Ingredients

6 scallions, finely chopped
5 cloves garlic
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Roma tomatoes, quartered
2 tbsp chile-garlic sauce (such as Huy Fong Foods®)
1 bunch fresh cilantro (leaves and stems), chopped
0.5 tbsp olive oil
0.5 tsp garlic salt

Directions

Place the scallions, garlic, red wine vinegar, tomatoes, chile-garlic sauce, cilantro, olive oil, and garlic salt in a food processor or blender.

Process until the desired consistency is reached. Refrigerate for about 2 hours to let flavors meld.
