Combine the chicken, coconut milk, onions, tomato paste, garlic, ginger, cumin, turmeric, garam masala, coriander, curry powder, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker.
Cook on High for 2 to 3 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear. An instant-read thermometer should read at least 74°C (165°F). Remove and discard the bay leaves and cinnamon stick.
