Tender and juicy turkey legs, seasoned to perfection and cooked low and slow in a foil wrap within a crockpot. A hassle-free dinner option.
Prep ahead by gathering all ingredients.
Rinse turkey legs and pat dry. Season with poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper accordingly.
Wrap each leg individually in aluminum foil, ensuring it's tightly wrapped.
Place the foil-wrapped legs into a slow cooker without any additional liquid or ingredients. Cover and cook on 'Low' for 7 to 8 hours until the meat is no longer pink at the bone and juices run clear.
Check the turkey's internal temperature with an instant-read thermometer; it should read at least 74°C (165°F) near the bone.
Remove from slow cooker and let rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Carefully unwrap and discard the foil sheets, then separate thighs from drumsticks.
Serve your delicious turkey legs as a complete meal or alongside your favorite sides.
