Ingredients

2 lbs lean ground beef
1 (46 fluid oz) can tomato juice
1 (29 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1.5 cups chopped onion
0.25 cup chopped green bell pepper
0.25 cup chili powder
1.5 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp white sugar
0.5 tsp dried oregano
0.5 tsp ground black pepper
0.125 tsp ground cayenne pepper

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly (5 to 7 minutes). Drain and discard grease.
