Elevate your burger game with this juicy grilled bison patty packed with flavor and topped with melty American cheese. Toasted bun, optional sides of fries or greens - it's dinner time perfection!
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat; lightly oil the grate.
In a large bowl, combine the bison, bread crumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic, and pepper. Shape into 4 patties and place them on a baking sheet. Cover with foil and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
Spray the patties with cooking spray and cook on the preheated grill until hot and slightly pink in the center, approximately 5 minutes per side. Top each patty with cheese slices and continue cooking until the cheese melts, around 2 more minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 70 °C.
Sandwich the patties between toasted bun halves and serve.
