Ingredients

3 lbs ground beef
1.5 cups chopped onion
8 cups tomato juice
4 (15 oz) cans kidney beans
4 (10.75 oz) cans condensed tomato soup
2 potatoes, cubed
3 tsp chili powder
8 cups water
⅛ tsp salt

Directions

In a large pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions until the meat is browned and crumbly, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Add tomato juice, beans, tomato soup, potatoes, chili powder, water, and salt. Stir well and bring to a boil.
