Ingredients

1 tbsp canola oil
1.5 lbs carrots, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch rounds

0.25 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1.5 tbsp honey
1.5 tbsp brown sugar
kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
