4 oz milk chocolate, chopped
0.5 cup coffee beans

Place 2 oz of the milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on Low for about 1 minute, ensuring it doesn't burn. Stir to fully melt any remaining pieces. Let it cool slightly.

Pick up a small handful of coffee beans and dip them into the melted chocolate, completely covering them. Use a fork to transfer the beans onto waxed paper, making sure they're well-spaced. Repeat with the rest of the beans. Allow the beans to cool until the chocolate sets, about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, place the remaining 2 oz milk chocolate in another microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on Low for about 1 minute, preventing it from burning. Stir to fully melt any remaining bits. Let it cool for around 2 minutes.

One by one, dip the initially covered coffee beans into this second round of melted chocolate, ensuring they're fully coated again. Use a fork to transfer them onto a new sheet of waxed paper, spacing them out. Let the beans cool completely for about 30 minutes.
