Ingredients

6 (3 oz) packages chicken flavored ramen noodles
2 (15 oz) jars Alfredo sauce
3 cups shredded cooked chicken, from one rotisserie chicken
1 cup water
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded Italian blend cheese
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the uncooked ramen noodles in a single layer at the bottom of a large casserole dish, breaking them as needed to fit. Discard the remaining seasoning packets.

2

Pour one jar of Alfredo sauce evenly over the noodles. Spread the chicken evenly over the sauce. Pour the second jar of Alfredo sauce over the chicken. Add water to the first Alfredo jar, shake it well, and pour the mixture over the noodles. Add cream to the second jar, shake, and pour it over the casserole. Top with cheese and pepper.

3

Bake in the preheated oven until the top is golden and bubbly, and the noodles are tender; this takes 50 to 60 minutes. If needed, add up to 1/2 cup more water for optimal noodle tenderness.
