Ingredients

3 tbsp butter
2 small onions, chopped
2 apples, peeled, cored, and finely chopped
1 tbsp curry powder
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup hot chicken broth
1 cup milk
8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
salt, pepper

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, melt butter. Add onions and apples; sauté until tender. Stir in curry powder; sauté for 1 minute. Mix in flour; cook for 1 minute.
