Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat until some fat renders, 2 to 3 minutes. Add in onion and cook until bacon crisps and onion softens, 7 to 10 minutes.
Combine baked beans, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, jalapeño, chili powder, and mustard powder in a large bowl. Mix in the cooked bacon and onion. Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Bake until the liquid thickens, 45 to 55 minutes.
