Ingredients

0.5 cup Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)
0.5 cup non-fat milk
0.5 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp chia seeds
1 cup fresh mixed berries and fruit
