Popcorn Delight Cake

In a large bowl, mix the popcorn, M&M's, and peanuts.

Heat the oil, butter, and marshmallows in a pan over medium-low heat until melted. Pour this mixture over the popcorn and blend together well with a heavy spoon.

Spray a Bundt cake pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add the popcorn mixture to the pan and gently press it in. Refrigerate until cool.

To remove the popcorn cake from the pan, place the pan in warm water. Then turn it upside down, and the cake should come out.
