Ingredients

2.5 cups chicken stock
2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, diced
2 (15 oz) cans cannellini beans, drained
1 (15.25 oz) can sweet whole kernel corn, drained
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chiles, drained
2 tbsp white chicken chili seasoning mix (such as McCormick®)
1 tsp chicken bouillon granules
0.5 tsp onion powder
0.5 tsp ground black pepper
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

In a large pot, combine chicken stock, diced rotisserie chicken, cannellini beans, corn, green chiles, chili seasoning, bouillon granules, onion powder, and black pepper.
