Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and oil the grate. Spread butter on each bun half.
Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp, about 10 mins. Absorb excess grease with paper towels. Set aside.
Combine beef, Worcestershire sauce, and steak seasoning in a bowl. Don't overmix. Shape into 4 patties and create a thumbprint in the center of each patty.
Grill patties on the preheated grill for around 6 mins per side or until reaching an internal temperature of at least 71 °C. Keep the grill heated.
