Ingredients

1 bunch celery, chopped
1 package (12 oz) baby carrots, chopped
1 cup cream of celery soup
1 cup cream of chicken soup
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cut-up mushrooms
8 fresh sage leaves
3 tbsp fresh rosemary
2 tbsp fresh thyme
2 gooses (10 lb each), cut up
