Ingredients

3 tbsp olive oil
5 boneless pork chops, trimmed
1 onion, sliced
2 green bell peppers, sliced
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
0.25 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp cornstarch

Directions

1

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook pork chops until browned (about 5 mins per side), then move them to a slow cooker.

2

Top pork chops with onion and green peppers.

3

Whisk together tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Pour the mixture into the slow cooker, gently stirring to coat the chops and vegetables.

4

Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours until the pork is tender.

5

Transfer pork chops to a serving platter, cover with foil to keep warm.

6

If needed, whisk cornstarch into sauce until it thickens. Spoon sauce and vegetables over the pork chops.
