A family-friendly slow cooker pork tenderloin dish, featuring a sweet and spicy teriyaki sauce. Adjust the heat with extra chili peppers to taste.
In a skillet, heat olive oil on medium-high until shimmering. Brown the pork tenderloins on all sides, approximately 10 minutes.
While the tenderloins are browning, combine chicken broth, teriyaki sauce, and brown sugar in a bowl. Stir in onion, garlic, red chile peppers, and black pepper.
Place the browned tenderloins into the slow cooker and pour the teriyaki sauce mixture over them. Cook on Low for about 4 hours, turning every 60 to 90 minutes to ensure even cooking. The internal temperature of the tenderloins should reach 63 °C.
Remove tenderloins from the slow cooker, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice. Serve with a spoonful of the liquid from the slow cooker on top, if desired.
