Ingredients

1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp chili oil
1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tbsp water
1 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1 lb udon noodles
1 tbsp grapeseed oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
1/2 lb thinly sliced rib eye steak
2 green onions, thinly sliced

Directions

1

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chili oil, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, water, and sesame seeds. Set aside.

2

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Cook udon until tender with a bite, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again. Set aside.

3

In the same pot, heat grapeseed oil over medium-low heat. Add garlic and stir-fry vegetables; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in beef and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Add noodles back to the pan, pour in the sauce, and toss everything together until evenly coated.

4

Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with green onions and serve.
