Ingredients

25 oz. Parkerhouse Roll Dough (such as Bridgford)
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 ½ tsp garlic salt

Directions

1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

2

Divide the dough into 20 equal pieces and roll each into an 8-inch stick. Place on prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Brush the sticks with half of the melted butter.

3

Let the breadsticks rise in a warm place (80-85°F or 26-29°C), away from drafts, for 30 minutes.

4

Bake until the breadsticks are lightly golden, approximately 10 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through. Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic salt immediately.

5

Serve warm.
