Ingredients

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 cups panko bread crumbs
1 1/2 cups pickled jalapeño pepper slices, drained
nonstick cooking spray
1 cup ranch salad dressing

Directions

1

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

2

In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour and a pinch of salt. In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs. Place the panko bread crumbs in a third bowl.

3

Dredge the jalapeño slices through the flour, then egg, and finally coat them in the panko mixture. Ensure they're fully coated.

4

Place the jalapeño rings in the air fryer basket without overlapping. Spray the tops with cooking spray. Air-fry for 4 minutes, then flip the rings and spray with more cooking spray. Continue to cook for another 4 minutes. Repeat this process with any remaining rings.

5

While the jalapeño rings are cooking, prepare the ranch dip by mixing together the ranch salad dressing and a squeeze of lemon juice (optional).

6

Serve the jalapeño rings hot with the ranch dip on the side for dipping.
