Ingredients

1 block (7 oz) Greek feta cheese
1 tbsp honey
a drizzle of olive oil
1 1/2 cups halved cherry or grape tomatoes
1/3 cup halved Kalamata olives
1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
salt and black pepper to taste
optional: chopped fresh basil for garnish

Directions

1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2

In a baking dish, place the feta cheese and dollop with honey followed by a drizzle of olive oil.

3

Combine tomatoes, olives, red onion, olive oil, and minced garlic in a bowl. Season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper; mix well and arrange around the feta cheese.

4

Bake until the cheese softens and the tomato mixture bubbles, about 20 to 30 minutes. For a golden finish, broil for a brief moment.

5

Garnish with fresh basil, if desired, and serve warm.
